Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please only click the submit button once to confirm your order. You will sent a confirmation email of your order.

We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We can ship products outside of the UK mainland, this will incur an extra charge. See our shipping and handling section for details.

Shipping And Handling For all orders that weigh between 1g & 1250g we use Recorded Post which can take 2/3 days not guaranteed for delivery from time of DESPATCH and NOT time of order. Despatch of orders from time order placed is 2/3 days.

For all orders that weigh between 1251g and 30kg we use Parcel Force which will take 2 days for delivery from time of DESPATCH and NOT time of order. Despatch of orders from time order placed is 2/3days.

As the tunics in the Salon Wear section are made to order, they may take up to 14 days from date of order.
NSI products are only available in the UK.

Furniture delivery is approx 4 to 6 weeks and a definite delivery date can be given when an order is placed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This means that as soon as the item/s you are waiting come into stock they will be sent on too you. For most items this should be up to a maximum 10 working days later. however, we do occasionally have problems and some items could take longer if ,for example, the manufacturors are unable to supply us iduring this period of time. arefund for the back ordered item is available at any point untill it has been despatched from us.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security We do not see any credit card details. All credit card numbers are encrypted using Protx which then sends details directly to our bank for authorisation & processing. We also use PayPal to process payments.
