| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please only click the submit button once to confirm your order. You will sent a confirmation email of your order. We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We can ship products outside of the UK mainland, this will incur an extra charge. See our shipping and handling section for details. |
| Shipping And Handling As the tunics in the Salon Wear section are made to order, they may take up to 14 days from date of order. NSI products are only available in the UK. Please note deliveries are only made Mon- Fri We make every effort to despatch goods within 1 to 3 days of recieving the order. Orders placed from midday Friday will not be dealt with until Monday. For UK Mainland orders up to .500Kilo we charge £3.20 and use Next Day Courier Service for which a signature is required. For UK Mainland orders up to 1Kilo we charge £4.50 and use Next Day Courier Service for which a signature is required. For UK Maninland orders OVER 1Kilo and up to 5 Kilo we charge £5.50 and use Next Day Courier Service for which a signature is required. For UK Maninland orders OVER 5Kilo and up to 20 Kilo we charge £6.50 and use Next Day Courier Service for which a signature is required. Please note deliveries are only made Mon- Fri. Our cut off time for retrieving web orders is 2pm and any orders received after this time will be dealt with the following day. Please note that our couriers will not leave goods without a signature and do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday and they like us are only human and mistakes and delays do happen. | Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This means that as soon as the item/s you are waiting come into stock they will be sent on too you. For most items this should be up to a maximum 10 working days later. however, we do occasionally have problems and some items could take longer if ,for example, the manufacturors are unable to supply us iduring this period of time. arefund for the back ordered item is available at any point untill it has been despatched from us. |
