New Important Information About Deliveries

NSI Products are only available in the UK

We make every effort to despatch goods within 2 or 3 days or recieving the order. Orders placed from midday Friday will not be dealt with until Monday. We can not offer a next day delivery service

For UK orders up to 1.25KG we use Royal Mail Recorded First Class delivery.

For UK orders OVER 1.25KG and up to 3 Kilo we use Parcel Force Standard Service @ £6.95

Parcel Force Standard Service
1251g up to 30Kg	£5.95

Please note deliveries are only made Mon- Fri. Our cut off time for retrieving web orders is 2pm and any orders received after this time will be dealt with the following day. Please note that our couriers will not leave goods without a signature and do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday and they like us are only human and mistakes and delays do happen.
Example
If an order is placed at 8am on a Monday we will endeavour to have that order despatched by Wednesday PM. If it is over 1.25Kg Parcel Force Standard Service is used & you should receive it Thursday.

If an order is placed at 2.30pm on a Monday we will endeavour to have that order despatched by Wednesday PM. If it is over 1.25Kg Parcel Force Standard Service is used &your package should be delivered on Friday.

Furniture delivery is approx 4 to 6 weeks and a definite delivery date can be given when an order is placed.
