Fibreglass System Application Instructions
1. Apply the tips with either Pure Nails brush on Resin or Pure Nails Instant Nail glue and cut to the desired length using Pure Nails Tip Cutters.
2. Blend the tip seam area with a 100/180 grit file until you can no longer see were the tip ends and the nail plate begins
3. Apply a thin layer of Pure Nails Resin to the surface of each nail, making sure to get the Resin right up to and around the free edge.
4. Use Pure Nails Activator Spray to accelerate the drying of the resin. Or alternatively, apply Pure Nails Mint Brush on Activator like a polish, but very lightly so not to push the brush into the resin.
5. Apply a strip of Pure Nails Fiberglass or Silk strips to the entire Nail surface.
6. Trim the fabric with Stork scissors so that you can still see a very thin line of the nail plate around it.
7. Use gloves, wax paper or a plastic bag to press down and smooth the fabric.
8. Make sure not to touch the nail plate with your fingers as this will deposit oils from the skin and can cause lifting.
9. Using Pure Nails Extender tips spread the Pure Nails Resin over the fiberglass making sure to cover all edges and completely saturate the mesh.
10. If at this point the fiberglass curls up, again use the gloves or alternative to press the mesh into the resin
11. Check the nail surface for bumps or irregularities. If leveling is required, lightly buff to produce a smooth, even surface
12. Finish buffing with a 4-way buffer to produce a high shine.
13.Apply Almond Cuticle Oil and massage in.

Acrylic System Application Instructions
1. Sanitize- always use Pure Nail Sanitising Spray to sanitize yours and your client's hands before starting any service.
Remove- use Pure Nails Non Acetone Polish Remover to ensure all polish is removed.
Etch- using a 240 grit Nail File; etch the whole nail plate from north to south pushing back the cuticle at the same time.
2. Use a Manicure Brush to remove all dust caused from etching; if dust is left it will encourage lifting.
3. Apply a thin coat of Pure Nails Nail Prep to dehydrate the nail plate.
4. Size up all nails with the Pure Nails tips before starting to glue any on.
5. Glue the Tips onto the nail plate by applying a small bead on Instant Nail Glue in the centre of the nail well and spreading from side to side.
6. Hold the tip at a 90 degree angle and roll it onto the nail slowly applying pressure; making sure there are no air bubbles. Hold for 10 seconds.
7. Use Tip Cutters to correct the length and a 180 grit file to shape the tip.
8. Apply Pure Nails Primer to the natural nail only to adjust the Ph level of the nail plate.
9. Using a wet but not runny consistency, first apply the Pure Nails Powder to the free edge of the nail; area 1, and pat into shape.
10. Next; apply a small ball of acrylic to area 2, pat into place and use light brush strokes towards the free edge to blend with area 1

11. Apply the last ball of acrylic to area 3 leaving a very thin gap between the cuticle and the acrylic. Again, drag towards the free edge to blend. If needed, apply to a forth area.
12. File the sides and free edge on all 10 nails and then shape and smooth the top surface.
13. Buff the nails using a Pure Nails Super Shiner.
14. Re-hydrate the nails using Pure Nails Almond Oil and then have the client wash her hands and scrub with a Manicure Brush to remove excess oil and dust.
15. Apply Pure Nails Base Coat followed by polish and Quick Dry Top Coat.
