Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please only click the submit button once to confirm your order. You will sent a confirmation email of your order.
We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We can ship products outside of the UK mainland, this will incur an extra charge. See our shipping and handling section for details.
Shipping And Handling As the tunics in the Salon Wear section are made to order, they do take a little longer for delivery than the other items stated in our terms & conditions.
NSI products are only available in the UK
Due to the new Royal Mail charges and to maintain an efficient delivery service we have changed the way we charge for shipping. The changes are as follows.
For UK orders up to 1.25KG we use Royal Mail Recorded First Class delivery.
For UK orders OVER 1.25KG and up to 30KG we use Parcel Force Standard Service @ £5.95

Whilst we make every effort to despatch orders as quickly as possible (the vast majority are despatched the same day) our standard turn around time is 2 working days. Our cut off time for retrieving web orders is 2pm and any orders received after this time will be dealt with the following day. Please note that our couriers will not leave goods without a signature and do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday and they like us are only human and mistakes and delays do happen. Example If an order is placed at 8am on a Monday we will endeavour to have that order despatched by Tuesday PM. If it is over 1.25Kg Parcel Force Standard Service is used & you should receive it Thursday.
If an order is placed at 2.30pm on a Monday we will endeavour to have that order despatched by Wednesday PM. If it is over 1.25Kg Parcel Force Standard Service is used &your package should be delivered on Friday.
Delivery outside of the UK. We can send items to Europe via airmail / courier. Cost is dependent on weight. For the rest of the World please contact us for details on charges BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
Furniture delivery is approx 4 to 6 weeks and a definite delivery date can be given when an order is placed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security We do not see any credit card details. All credit card numbers are encrypted using Protx which then sends details directly to our bank for authorisation & processing. We also use PayPal to process payments.
